I had 2 safety recalls completed on my ford ranger. The service was very friendly and very fast. Everything was accomplished in short time and everything looks great, like it never happened.

We purchased a 2026 Lincoln Aviator. Love the car! Our buying experience was not as stellar as I expected. Buying a luxury vehicle is no different than buying a used car. I guess that’s great for the used car customer. I didn’t feel like a VIP until all the papers were signed. We shopped other dealerships and the experience felt more exclusive. Our salesman was great once he warmed up to us. We drove an hour and half to make this purchase and it would have been nice to have that acknowledged.

Very pleased with the experience. Thanks to Luke for helping my parents with their pre-owned purchase this week. They had their eye on a pre-owned sedan so I drove them over to Shottenkirk in hopes that if all went well for them, they'd have a new-to-them car to drive home. Both parents are a little hard of hearing and my mom uses a walker. Shottenkirk employees did a wonderful job of making sure that it was an accessible and easy experience for them and that they were able to take their time and have all of their questions answered. The price tag was reasonable and my parents were pleased with their purchase.
