The good: customer is well taken care of. The bad: website is deceiving when customer is plugging in info to get an estimated monthly payment figure - but the dealership does not use the same tools, which leads to a wide discrepancy.

Keith Foster our salesman was excellent as was the finance officer Mr Yoder. Our best purchase experience ever.

Overall experience was good. dissapointed in detailing of a new car. looked as if it was ran through car wash and handed over. water spots on vehicle. it was new and should look pristine. car manual found in back, was told to look on-line. keyless entry code on doors was never explained, found that information in glove compartment.

Overall, a very good experience buying a used Honda CR-V. No games, no pressure tactics, no bait and switch nonsense - and a very fast closing process. Kudos to Tate and Kenny for great responsiveness. Taking off one star for a few minor issues: 1) could not get a straight answer on whether or not the transmission was serviced at 100k miles; 2) while it seemed very clean, they missed a few spots in the back seat - see photo. A little more attention to detail and it would be a 5 star experience.

Overall, the experience was good. Luke and the store manager were very helpful.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and they brought me home at that time. Then later in the afternoon they brought my car back to my home. How awesome is that? I couldn't ask for better service. Matt is always so helpful.
