I think the process of buying my new to me Toyota Camry went really smooth . I didn’t feel like the price was out of line for the car I bought , I had looked quite a bit online , and spent a day at other dealerships before seeing the one that I bought at Shottenkirk . My appointment was originally scheduled for the Ft. Madison dealer, only to find out when I got there that they couldn't do what was needed on my vehicle. They told me I would have to go to Burlington. So even though Burlington was working me into their schedule, I was in and out within 45 minutes. Very impressed. Communication between the Ft. Madison and Burlington service departments could use some improvement.
