Overall, a very good experience buying a used Honda CR-V. No games, no pressure tactics, no bait and switch nonsense - and a very fast closing process. Kudos to Tate and Kenny for great responsiveness. Taking off one star for a few minor issues: 1) could not get a straight answer on whether or not the transmission was serviced at 100k miles; 2) while it seemed very clean, they missed a few spots in the back seat - see photo. A little more attention to detail and it would be a 5 star experience.

An appointment was made online to try and make it easier to check in but I was not found, I still was able to get the vehicle serviced The service technician put the paperwork and keys in the wrong spot on the clerks area when service was completed and I sat in waiting area for about 2 hours waiting Due to waiting extra time the clerk was kind and gave a discount and I appreciate that part, the technician kept the car clean and was grateful for that

I dropped off my car for an oil change and they brought me home at that time. Then later in the afternoon they brought my car back to my home. How awesome is that? I couldn't ask for better service. Matt is always so helpful.
