Montel had perfect customer service willing to listen to our needs in what we wanted and needed to fit our growing family. He was informative as much as much possible. Joe was a little behind helping customers but informed us as he could about our wait and was able to get us through the process quickly and efficiently so we could enjoy our new ride. A few days after purchasing our new car Montel called to check in on us and provide additional updates for us to be able to get our vehicle serviced as needed. Best car lot we have been to hands down!

I am very impressed with this location! We are from Oklahoma, in town for a job. My trunks auto close feature stopped working so we took it in to get fixed. I was expecting to be without a vehicle for a week or more but we dropped it off at 1 & they had it done by 5:15. Anytime we've taken it to the dealership back home, it was 2+ weeks before we got it back. They replaced the part, fixed a recalled part, and were about to figure out why my blind side sensors weren't working. They haven't worked for a year & have been looked at by several dealerships back home & none could figure it out. I am so glad this location was able to figure it out and get them fixed!

I had an issue with my 2016 Lincoln while traveling. Tanya I. The Service department helped me out in such a timely manner to get me back on the road quickly. This even included ordering a part! Besides the Service Department, I was first greated by a salesperson that took me right to where I needed to be. Shottenkirk is a really helpful dealership in my opinion. Has a side note; it’s spic and span too!

There to charge car. Charge was successful after shell app downloaded. A bit pricey but a fairly fast charge 7%-85% in 45 minutes.

I relayed that I wanted a no pressure sales-Shottenkirk was very patient with me-But on the second day I pulled the trigger and love the F150 lariat that I purchased! Not the best fuel economy for these times-But the vehicle even with 134,000 miles looks amazing and I’m sure I will get another hundred thousand with no problems! Finance associate extended my warranty Without me even asking-Now that’s great business!
