I scheduled a appointment for service and a check engine light problem. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by service writer very pleasant man named Matt Weir. I explained all I'd like checked on my F150 they did all in a very timely manner and was VERY pleased with everything that was done. I previously used Jim Baier Ford for all my service needs but tired of always an excuse on why they couldn't do what was asked.The Shottenkirk Superstore dealership will definitely get all of my business from now on

The only complaint I have is that getting return calls when leaving messages is difficult. Left 5 messages over 2 days asking for an update. Nothing. Then a call saying the truck was done.
